Quality Assurance Specialist (Manual)

We have the pleasure to invite you to join our team as "Quality Assurance Specialist".

Your responsibilities will be:

⚪    Ensure the quality of software for functional areas of the company products (iOS and Android applications).
⚪    Prepare and execute test cases.
⚪    Constantly monitor escalations, bugs and carry out root cause analysis.
⚪    Re-create customer scenarios and work to resolve escalations that arise from the field/product support.
⚪    Closely work with development teams to refine and improve software engineering processes.

Skills and competencies:

⚪    At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance.
⚪    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
⚪    Android/iOS application experience.
⚪    Ability to work independently in a small and dynamic team of individual contributors.
⚪    Self-motivated to achieve excellence.
⚪    Ability to understand business requirements and develop QA strategies achieve them.
⚪    Thorough knowledge of Mobile Software Test Life Cycle and software engineering concepts.
⚪    Enthusiastic, dedicated and willing to learn.

We consider a plus:

⚪    Any software development experience.
⚪    Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
⚪    Experience with issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
⚪    QA certificates.
