The following section applies only to the Pro app, displayed as Air Hockey on your device.

2. Information handled by the app

You do not need a Buzly Labs account to play. Solo and same-device two-player games work without signing in to Game Center. The app does not include advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking for advertising purposes. We do not operate a server that collects or stores your gameplay or Game Center profile.

The app saves preferences such as your selected table, sound, haptics, and bonus settings locally on your device. These preferences are not sent to Buzly Labs. Device backups may include local app data, depending on your Apple settings.

The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.

3. Optional online play and Apple Game Center

Online multiplayer uses Apple Game Center for sign-in and matchmaking. During an online match, the app uses Game Center player identifiers to coordinate the players and exchanges gameplay information, including paddle positions, ball movement, scores, and match status, through Game Center networking. The app uses this information to run the current match and does not upload it to a Buzly Labs server or retain a match history.

Apple processes information separately to operate Game Center, including account and gaming activity information. Your Game Center profile and activity may be visible to other players according to Apple's features and your privacy settings. You can manage Game Center sharing in your device settings, or choose solo or same-device play without using online multiplayer.

4. Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve support issues. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary personal information.

Support correspondence is handled through our email service provider. We retain it only as needed to handle your request, maintain necessary support records, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of your correspondence.

5. Sharing and security

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Information you send to support may be processed by service providers needed to handle your request or disclosed when required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect support correspondence, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

6. Your choices and privacy rights

You can change the game's preferences in its settings. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local data from the device; data in device backups is managed through your Apple backup settings. Buzly Labs cannot delete information held by Apple, including Game Center account information.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information we hold, and to request data portability where applicable. For support correspondence, we process information as necessary to respond to your request and for our legitimate interest in providing support, or to meet legal obligations. Contact us to exercise your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children's privacy

The app does not ask children to provide personal information to Buzly Labs. Parents and guardians can manage Game Center and multiplayer access through Apple's parental controls. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, please contact us so we can address the request and delete information where appropriate.

8. Changes to this policy

If the game's privacy practices change, we will update this policy and its revision date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before introducing the relevant changes.

Air Hockey Classic — ad-supported edition

The following section applies only to App Store ID 383021369, previously Air Hockey Classic FREE!. Its advertising, Firebase backend, and purchases are not included in Pro.

Playing and saving progress

You can play solo or with a friend on the same device without signing in. Settings and your selected cosmetic appearance are stored on your device. Optional online multiplayer uses Apple Game Center. Players exchange game state, scores, and paddle and ball positions through Game Center to run the match.

When you connect Game Center to the shop, Firebase Authentication processes your Game Center identity to authenticate you. Our Firebase backend stores an account identifier, a purchase account token, coin balance, owned cosmetics, purchase and reward transaction records, and information needed to validate eligible solo match rewards. This supports saving progress, restoring purchases, preventing duplicate rewards, and detecting misuse. Firebase App Check and Apple App Attest help verify that requests come from the app. Server providers also process technical request and diagnostic information, such as IP addresses, for operation and security. The app does not include Firebase Analytics.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app payments. We do not receive your card details. We verify Apple's signed transaction information, including product, transaction and account identifiers, purchase status, and refunds, to deliver coins and Remove Ads. Refunded purchases may result in the corresponding entitlement or coins being removed.

Advertising and optional reward videos

The app uses Google AdMob for advertising between matches and optional videos that double eligible match rewards. Google's advertising SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. Processing depends on your privacy choices and applicable device restrictions. The app does not request access to precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

Where required, a consent message appears before ads are requested. You can revisit available choices under Game settings → Ad privacy choices. This version does not request Apple's tracking permission or access to the advertising identifier through that permission. Remove Ads stops automatic ads; reward videos remain optional. If you choose a reward video, an opaque reward ticket is sent to Google and a signed completion callback is sent to our server to validate and credit the bonus. The ticket is linked to your account in our backend; your Game Center name is not supplied as custom ad data.

Providers, retention, and security

We use Apple for Game Center and purchases and Google Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, cloud storage, and backend services. The game's Firestore database and backend functions are hosted in Belgium; providers may process service information in other countries under their own policies and safeguards. We retain account and transaction records as needed to provide the service, prevent fraud, handle refunds, and meet applicable legal requirements. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may play without connecting to the shop or online multiplayer, decline optional reward videos, manage available ad privacy choices, and restore purchases through the shop. Deleting the app removes local data but does not automatically delete cloud progress or records held by Apple or Google. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we control. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. We may need to verify your account before acting on a request.

We process account, gameplay, and purchase information to provide the services you request; security information for our legitimate interest in preventing abuse; and consent-based advertising information where required. We may retain limited records when needed for legal obligations or fraud prevention.

Children and support

Parents can manage Game Center, purchases, and app access through Apple's parental controls. If you believe a child has provided information that should not be retained, contact us. If you email support, we use your email address and message to respond and resolve the issue. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our practices change and provide further notice or seek consent where required.
